Project: Lake Placid Police Station

Town of Lake Placid, Florida is soliciting proposals from appropriately licensed and qualified General Contractors to perform Construction of a new Police Station in Lake Placid, Florida. Such work will include but not be limited to:
· Construction of a new Police Station, as specified in the Scope of Work.
· Modifications to Existing Utilities.
· Existing sidewalk additions, repairs and accessibility retrofits.
· Existing surface parking lot additions, repairs and accessibility retrofits.
The Town of Lake Placid will receive sealed bids at the above-listed site office address between normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, until no later than August 27th, 2025; at 3:00 PM EST. After which, at said office, they will be publicly opened and read out loud.
