Occasionally, the Town of Lake Placid may require meetings that are not part of the regular schedule for the Town Council, the Lake Placid Local Planning Agency/Board of Adjustments, Lake Placid Community Redevelopment Agency, or the Lake Placid Regional Utilities Advisory Commission. The Lake Placid Town Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday May 1, 2024, at 2:30 PM in Town Hall, 1069 US Highway 27 N., Lake Placid, Florida, on the following:

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
