The Town Clerk is the Records Management Liaison Officer
Upon submission of this online form, your request will be automatically forwarded to the Town Clerk Management Liaison Officer for processing. Your request will be processed in accordance with Florida State Law Chapter 119 in a timely manner. The Town abides by Florida Public Records law, which does not require any information from the requestor of a record, such as name, address, email, phone number, or reason for the request to obtain public records.
